Customer Service It’s very important to me to provide excellent customer service.
In addition, customer privacy is always respected & personal information will not be used in any way other than for transaction
& shipping purposes. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. All artwork is handcrafted,
photographed & packaged in a SMOKE FREE studio.
Commissions Please contact me to discuss custom
order details. Production time will vary depending on the size & design of the piece. Handstitched pieces will require
a longer production period due to their time consuming nature. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to the commencement
of production with the remaining balance due upon completion. All
commission sales are final.
Methods of Payment ( 1 ) GOOGLE CHECKOUT
( 2 ) PAYPAL ( 3 ) AMAZON PAYMENTS
CREDIT CARDS (via Paypal invoice): You don't have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card. I can send
a secure Paypal invoice to your email address through which you can remit payment. The only requirement is that your credit
card must be registered in a Paypal approved country. The information on the invoice will guide you through the payment process. MONEY ORDERS: Postal money orders only. Please contact me if you need to pay by MO.
Sales Tax All items that are shipped to Minnesota addresses are charged 7.775% sales
tax. This tax is applied to the total (product & shipping combined) in accordance with MN state law, local city (Minneapolis)
& county taxes (Hennepin).
Packaging
All purchased items are beautifully packaged
in a cotton lined gift box or jewelry pouch ready for one's own personal use or gift giving. Packages are shipped in bubble
padded envelopes. All USPS Priority shipments (domestic & international) are shipped in USPS Priority boxes.
Shipping
I
place a high priority on getting packages out to my customers expeditiously. Items are shipped 24 - 48 hours after payment
is received (Monday - Friday with the exception of US Postal holidays). DOMESTIC purchases are shipped via First Class Mail
with delivery confirmation. INTERNATIONAL purchases under $100 are shipped via First Class Mail & purchases over
$100 are shipped via Registered First Class Mail International. I use flat rate shipping & offer discounted combined shipping
on multiple item purchases that are shipped together. In addition, UPS, FedEx & other USPS expedited services are also
available @ an additional charge if you prefer. Please contact me BEFORE checking out of one of my shops if you need upgraded
shipping so we can make the appropriate arrangements. You will receive a confirmation email with shipment details once
your package has been shipped. Please be aware that shipping & handling costs are not only for the postage fees charged by USPS for
mailing but also cover the expense of jewelry boxes, packing supplies, labor & service required to prepare orders for
safe shipment & final delivery. International
buyers are responsible for any VAT or customs duty charges in their respective countries.
Delivery Confirmation & Insurance
Delivery confirmation is automatically provided for most domestic shipments.
Insurance is available upon request. Please feel free to contact me for rates.
Return Policy EARRINGS: For hygienic reasons,
I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earring purchases as these items cannot be resold. It's very important to me that
all of my customers can buy with confidence knowing that the earrings they purchase are brand new, have never been purchased
previously, tried on or worn by anyone else.
Please feel free to
ask any questions you may have before purchasing. I'm happy to answer them for you. Your satisfaction is very important to
me. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt / delivery of the item/s
& advise. After 3 days, all sales are FINAL. Returns are accepted as long as the items are returned (post dated)
within 7 days of receipt of the item/s, in their original condition & packaging (ie.,jewelry boxes, pouches), with any
applicable 3Fine Design®, 3Fine Canine® or 3Fine Feline® hang tag (or cards) still attached to the item/s. ALL
RETURNS (domestic) must come back to me with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & the DC number must be sent to me via email or phone
when the package is in the mail. Refunds will be given in the form of money back. Any original shipping & return shipping
charges are at the buyer's expense. All commission sales are final. In addition, some
specialty item sales are final (no returns).
